1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User", or "you") and efc88 ("efc88", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the efc88 website, mobile-optimised platform, games, betting markets, and all related services (collectively, "the Services").

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the efc88 platform. Holding multiple accounts — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. efc88 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.

3.4 Accurate Information

Members must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and at all subsequent verification stages. Any material misrepresentation — including false identity, age, address, or payment details — will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

4 Registration & Account Management

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money Services, you must complete the efc88 registration form with your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Malaysian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping these details current. Account access uses a combination of your chosen username and password, which must be kept confidential.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

6 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

efc88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through selected Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) are also supported. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

6.2 Funding Source

All funds deposited into your Account must come from a payment method or bank account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. efc88 reserves the right to reverse transactions and close accounts where third-party funding is identified.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements; (c) compliance with any daily or weekly withdrawal limits applicable to your account tier; and (d) your Account being in good standing. 6.4 Currency

7 Promotions, Bonuses & Rewards

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All promotions, bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is available. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. For example, a Bonus Fund of RM100 with a 10× Wagering Requirement requires total eligible wagers of RM1,000 before withdrawal is permitted. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any detected abuse may result in bonus forfeiture, Account restriction, and recovery of any withdrawn amounts associated with the abuse.

7.4 Promotion Withdrawal

efc88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after the promotion has been activated by a Member, if efc88 determines that a promotion has been made available in error, is subject to abuse, or must be suspended due to regulatory or operational requirements.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

A bet or wager placed through the efc88 platform is accepted when the platform confirms the transaction and the relevant stake is deducted from the Account balance. efc88 reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where bets are placed on erroneous odds or where market integrity concerns arise.

8.2 Errors and Palpable Mistakes

Where a bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds or game parameters (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), efc88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Member's Account. Palpable errors include typographical errors in odds or market lines and system errors that generate unintended pricing.

8.3 Results and Disputes

Bet outcomes are determined by official results as declared by the relevant governing body, league, or tournament organiser. In the event of a dispute regarding an outcome, the decision of efc88 — guided by official data feeds and industry-standard settlement rules — shall be final.

8.4 Game Integrity

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, efc88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from technical failures, network interruptions, incorrect information, or actions taken by third-party service providers.

efc88 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Services. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of efc88. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by efc88

efc88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC; regulatory or legal obligation; or conduct detrimental to platform integrity.

12.2 Member-Initiated Closure

A Member may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting efc88 support. Prior to closure, the Member must withdraw any eligible real-money Balance. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

12.3 Return of Legitimate Funds

Where an Account is closed by efc88 for reasons unrelated to Member misconduct or fraud, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Member via the original payment method, subject to successful KYC completion and applicable legal requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws relevant to the jurisdiction under which efc88 operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall first be addressed through efc88's internal complaints procedure by contacting our support team.

14 Amendments to These Terms

efc88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should immediately stop using the Services and, if you wish, close your Account.
